Glas-Denbury Family Camping fields
Glas-Denbury has 2 beautiful family camping fields, located right next to the car park and within site of the festival arena, just a few minutes stroll away. The fields have views across the countryside and over to Denbury hill and both operate a quiet policy at night.
The camper van area is within the same fields but segregated from the tent area for safety reasons.
The fields have plenty of toilets, kept clean and fully supplied and there is access to mains water, plus a waste water point. We have stewards and security 24 hours a day.
Please note it is a working farm so we do not have electric hook ups or showers (we are working on things for future years!) and as a working farm handed over to us by the Auntie Moos cows for a couple of weeks, please be aware the ground can be a little bumpy and uneven so sensible footwear advised!
The campsite opens at 2pm on Friday 6th July. Please do not arrive any earlier as you will be turned away.

CAMPING AT GLASDENBURY
To gain access to the camping fields, whether with your own tents/camper vans/caravans or to access the glamping area if you have booked a lotus bell tent or yurt, you must hold a festival “weekend with camping ticket”.
All tickets are non refundable.
If you are bringing your own tent, please note that no cars are allowed into the camping fields to unload. The car park is next door to the camping field so you will just have a short walk with your tent and camping gear through to the campsite. Please bear this in mind though when packing! If you can put a wheelbarrow or trolley in then do!
Groups; If you are camping as a group sadly we cannot hold spaces for you but suggest you all arrive together where possible to ensure you can pitch together. Or send someone ahead to pitch!
Please pitch responsibly taking up only the room you really need. Please also note that tents cannot be pitched in the same area as camper vans, although they are in the same field.
GAZEBOS / BBQS / FIREPITS
We do not allow gazebos purely because if everyone brought a gazebo as well as their tents we would all end up rather crammed in which is something we wish to avoid. The weather is looking great for this year so sitting out under the stars will be a joy thankfully!
Please note also that BBQs and open fires/firepits are NOT allowed – please check below for full t&cs.
We have a limited number of pitches for standard size (max 7m length) Camper Vans or Caravans. Please ensure you purchase a camper van pass for the vehicle together with your weekend festival with camping ticket – both must be shown on arrival to gain entry. The camper vans are all pitched within a dedicated area of the camping fields and we allow one SMALL tent to be pitched BEHIND a camper van. We also allow small manufacturers awnings to be used. No BBQs or gazebos. If your van is over 7m in length you will need to purchase 2 camper van passes to gain entry. Please also note there are no electric hook ups or waste disposal/chemical toilet points.
We have a dedicated Accessible camping area within the family camping fields, near to the main entrance/exit and accessible toilets. We have stewards and crew on site to assist you into the camping fields from your car/vehicle. Please email us on email@example.com for more info.

Weekend tickets with camping must be held to gain access to the camping fields at Glas-Denbury. If you wish to glamp please ensure you have purchased your weekend tickets before booking your glamping direct with the supplier.
We allow a small amount of alcohol into the campsite owever no alcohol is allowed into the festival arena
Either 8 cans of beer, lager or cider per person OR 4 cans and 1 bottle of wine per person (decanted into a plastic bottle) No spirits or hard liquor.
Glas-Denbury is an independant festival run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are endeavouring to keep it going for you, for years to come. It relies on the bar sales, catering pitches and trading pitches to do this and so to continue the magic we please encourage you to help the longevity of the festival by supporting the bars and food traders on site. We have your well being at the forefront of everything, so please understand why we restrict the amount of alcohol you can bring into the campsite. We assure you that our bar prices are well below other event prices and in line with, if not below pub prices. However, we know from experience that you may need a little dutch courage to kick start your festival experience, or a little something to accompany a midnight feast in the small house when the bars are closed, so the guideline of alcohol amounts allows this!
Alcohol can only be brought in on first entry and this alcohol may only be consumed in the campsite – No alcohol will be allowed to be brought out of the campsite. Soft drinks and water may be brought in in unopened bottles only.
Food maybe brought into the campsite. NO BBQs/ Open fires / Firepits
Access to mains water can be found on the campsite as well as in the festival arena. Please bring your own water bottles to be refilled. Please note these may be checked by security at any time.
No glass is permitted on site so please do not bring liquids in glass bottles. We are passionate about reducing our footprint on the land and reducing waste at the festival so we recycle as much as possible. As we are located on a working farm it is vital that as little remains behind as possible so please take home all your rubbish. We can supply you with bin bags if need be from the steward points or perhaps pack a few to make your recycling easy on your pitch? Please be extra careful with bottle tops, cigarette butts, plastic etc and ensure your pitch is rubbish free when you leave.
The following are not allowed into the campsite or festival arena;
Dogs and other animals (see below) / Drones / Glass – for obvious safety reasons / Stereo systems or amplified music / Illegal substances / Portable laser equipment and pens / Unauthorised professional film or video equipment / Audio recorders / Air Horns / Fireworks, flares or Chinese Lanterns / Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon / Open Fires / Disposable BBQs & Firepits/ Nitrous Oxide / Petrol Burners / Harmful Aerosols (of course we do allow Gas Aerosols for portable stoves and deodrants)
Dogs or other animals are NOT permitted on the festival site at all (guide dogs are permitted only with prior authorisation from GD) We at Glas-Denbury love our animals, but we sadly are not allowed to have them on site due to health and safety restrictions. Please DO NOT leave your dogs in cars on site – if an animal is found to be in a car the police will be called if security cannot retrieve the animal themselves.
Long waking hours, dancing and summer sun will make you thirsty. Please don’t forget to drink lots of water. Please know your limits with regards to alcohol and those of your friends and take care as alcohol can be lethal. Remember to wash your hands as infection can spread quickly on a festival site – especially before eating. Remember to bring and use sun cream – even with clouds the sun’s harmful rays can get to your skin and wear hats – the whackier the better as we are at a festival after all! Protect your ears and wear ear protection if you are planning on getting up close to the speakers and remember babies and children’s ears are far more delicate so bring ear protection for them. Event control supply earplugs free of charge if you need them and the first aid units on site are there to assist you with any concerns you may have.
Glamping is located within the main family camping field, in a dedicated area at the top of the field looking over the beautiful view. It is close to the entrance and has it’s own dedicated toilets. There will be staff from the glamping companies on hand to check you in and look after you throughout the weekend. Please note if you would like to glamp at Glas-Denbury you will need to purchase a “weekend with camping ticket” then contact your chosen glamping provider to secure your accommodation. Our glamping providers include Wild Hare Events and their gorgeous Lotus Bell Tents and also Yurts for Life and their beautiful handmade wooden yurts. Lotus Belle Tents offer a 3m tent suitable for up to 2 persons – the newest of the lotus bell range! This incredible design uses air pole technology, meaning there is no centre pole. Ideal for those looking for a little hideaway. At 3m wide, the 10ft comes unfurnished and can sleep up to two people on roll mats. Comes with a carpet & zip canvas door for £300. They can also provide a basic interior package for an additional £10 including rugs, blankets and bedside tables.

Hotel located about a 15 minute drive to the festival site.
Located on the beautful village green, about 5 minutes walk from the festival site is the Union Inn. They do not provide accomodation but are open for food and drink throughout the weekend.
